With an honest, thorough and meticulous approach to his craft and over 18 years of experience, owner Sean Stotts creates color that is fresh and timeless. From shiny dynamic redheads to his specialty healthy beauty blondes, he approaches color with a creative edge and an attention to detail. For Sean, Southern California has always been home, even though he spent time working in NYC, training beauty industry professional and working as a color specialist. Throughout his career, Sean has had the honor to work amongst the best in the industry. He takes extreme pride in his work and is constantly furthering his own education in the business. When Sean is not working he is making memories with his wife Carrie and their two kids Levi and Navy. Whether its bike rides to the beach or trips to palm springs he prefers to spend his time with his family and friends.

Carrie Stotts
Owner Carrie Stotts has over 17 years of experience and a specialty in cutting, styling and salon education. The down to earth Chicago native has worked with top hairdressers in Beverly Hills, New York City and Laguna Beach. Carries passion for hairdressing and education has taken her across the globe and now has awarded her the opportunity to make her dream salon a reality. Known for creating strong classic shapes and soft texture cuts, her experience includes all facets of cutting as well as being certified in Great Lengths extensions. Her attention to detail, fun personality and professional demeanor builds strong long term relationships with her guests. When not at work Carrie is always planning her families next adventure and loves to travel the world near and far.

Chanel is a born and raised Cali girl. Her formal training at Vidal Sassoon landed her in Italy and influenced her love for natural enhanced hair. Chanel Strongly believes that brunettes can be blonde too. She views her craft as an art and is extremely passionate about every detail of what she does. When she is not in the salon she is with her little girl piper at the beach or orchestrating princess dress up parties. Health, wellness and fitness define her lifestyle and she believes beauty comes from the inside out. “In the 12 years of doing hair I feel as though I have never worked a day in my life. I look forward to all the years to come to create that head turning hair color behind the chair.”

After spending over 16 years in the hair industry, Katies Moto is blondes do it better! She is an OC native and currently lives in Newport Beach. Her favorite thing about doing hair is building strong relationships with her clients and being apart of the exciting things happening in their lives. She has a passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best via color. Katies signature hair service is extensions, she loves a good transformation. Her signature color service is “The money piece”, that extra pop of brightness around the face. When she is not taking care of her clients you can catch her outside walking back bay, at Costco buying Veuve in bulk, or on the peloton bike rocking out. “Come on in, let’s create something together!”

Michelle has been doing hair for over 6 years and it is her true passion. What she loves most about doing hair is making every client feel the best version of themselves. “Hair is a self expression and I love being able to create that for everyone who sits in my chair”. Her specialty is blonde, lived-in natural hair and dimensional brunettes. Michelles other love is animals. Her and her husband foster and rescue animals and their passion project is to open a rescue one day. On her days off you can find her hiking or at the beach with her pups.

Sarah is a Southern California native that has always drawn inspiration from natural texture and that “fresh out of the ocean” feel. With over seven years in the industry and growing up with a mom who was also a hairdresser, she learned that healthy hair is the one trend that never goes out of style. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked at multiple New York Fashion Week seasons, styled the Los Angeles Chargers Cheerleaders for two seasons, and led classes for both stylists and clients. You can catch her in the salon working with curly hair, naturally inspired color, and personalized styling. She loves one on one time with her clients to help them learn how to achieve their favorite salon style at home, because every day should be a good hair day! When she’s not cutting or balayage-ing hair, you can find her camping and exploring with her husband and pup!
